Units range in size from 365 square feet to 795 square feet

Monthly prices for rental units range from *_____ to * _____ per month plus level of care.  Second occupant charged at level of service needed.  ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Upon admission to Park View, each resident receives a nurse call pendant, which assures residents emergency access to staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Other services included in the basic charge are: cable television, heat, air conditioning, electric, daily activities, scheduled entertainment, exercises, nail care, weekly shopping, snacks, transportation for medical appointments (excluding dialysis transport) etc.
