Park View Additional Services Available
Park View Individual Services list:
- Personal Laundry Service (once per
week)
- Housekeeping Service (once per
week)
- Assistance with dressing
- Assistance with bathing/washing
- Occasional visitor meals
- Monthly wellness exam (Required)
- Frequent usage of nurse call
system
- Daily Escort (to and from meals,
activities,etc)
Meal Plans
- 2 meals per day (plus snack)
- 3 meals per day (plus snack)
Medication Assistance and Monitoring
- Plan A - Medication Assistance 1-3
times daily
- Plan B - Medication Assistance 4
plus times daily
- Plan C - Medication Assistance
with Insulin Administration
Community Based Services
- Staff accompany to appointment or
other community functions outside of Park View Facility.
- This does not affect free
transportation to and from medical appointments.
Nursing Services
- Catheter Changes
- Ostomy Care
- Specimen Collection (UA, Guiac,
etc) obtain, send to clinic, retrieve medications
- Complex wound dressing
Each individual service has a monthly charge. All prices
are subject to change.
